Cumulative Grief among Healthcare Workers During COVID 19
Under normal circumstances, healthcare workers have more time to grieve and manage stress following the death of a resident in a congregate setting. With increased deaths related to COVID 19 pandemic in a short time the health impact of grief on healthcare workers can lead to moral distress and burnout.
